Payment
If you pay by credit card your order will processed within 24 hours or on the next business day. Processed means that we will invoice you, not that it will ship immediately. You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 14 business days. If we cannot ship your order within this time frame we will notify you by email (if you ordered on our website) phone call or snail mail.

How do I order with a purchase order?

Individuals or organizations that wish to order using a purchase order must either email or snail mail their orders. All orders must include the organization name/contact name, street address, daytime phone and payment. Government organizations such as libraries, schools, hospitals, and veteran's organizations may submit an official purchase order.


Our online system can also be used for purchase orders. Here's how it's done.
1. Use the shopping cart program to place your order.
2. At checkout, choose the "Check or Money Order" option.
3. An invoice will be emailed to your email address.
4. Print out the email invoice and send it along with your purchase order to our mailing address.

Return Policy

Refunds, Exchanges, Changes
1. If you are not completely satisfied with any video/DVD or book you have purchased, you may return it for a full refund less any freight charges within 30 days. If you experience a problem after the 30 days, we will do our best to provide an adjustment.

2. A preview/restocking fee of $20.00 will be deducted from each video/DVD returned. If the item costs less than $35.00 the preview fee is $10.00.

3. All returns should be sent insured for the full value of the merchandise being sent back. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit to us. 

4. Returns, exchanges, and received damaged claims must be made within 30 days from the original date of receipt.

6. We occasionally send partial shipments, therefore if the portion of the order you have received does not suit your needs please contact us immediately.

Bookstores
For bookstores and dealers, the discount for most of our proprietary items is 20%. Please call for an exact rate. Bookstores are not eligible for the free shipping offer.
